James Burke

Marketing Technologist

Jim is an accomplished leader backed by a successful record of building digital-based companies. In addition to being a managing partner at Consensus, he is responsible for leading its strategy and emerging technology group.

Jim’s strategic and technical insights have translated into successful and profitable digital initiatives for his clients. Affectionately known as “Coach”, he has a proven track record in working with CEOs and senior management teams to build successful partnerships. Over the years he has worked with many of the nation’s leading companies including Genzyme, Tufts Medical Center, 3COM, Cisco, FootJoy, Titleist, Aspen, Monster, Adobe, U.S. Army and the New England Journal of Medicine.

Previously, Jim served as Senior Interactive Director at PARTNERS+Simons. Before that he was CEO and Chief Strategist at Mindseye, a Boston-based digital agency and Vice President of Development for Cambridge-based Natural Intelligence, Inc

In addition to leadership positions within these organizations, Jim concentrates his efforts in the areas of insights, strategy and user experience-based design.

Shena Lowe

Director, Client Services

Shena is the Director of Client Services at Consensus Interactive. She works closely with clients to oversee the complex aspects of digital engagements.

Shena has spent the last 13 years of her career mastering three key areas: Marketing, Project Management/Information Architecture, and Business Development. At Consensus, she brings these disciplines together to help clients move towards their digital goals for 2020.

Shena’s experience includes marketing at Tucker Anthony, Inc. a Boston-based Financial Services firm, a role that focused on executing and optimizing aspects of both print and online marketing. After that, Shena joined Mindseye, a Boston-based digital agency, as a Senior Project Manager. While there, Shena led successful projects for brands such as FAO Schwartz, FootJoy, Allaire/Macromedia, The Little Nell Hotel, furniturefan.com, and Boston Magazine’s Design Home, just to name a few. Most recently, Shena took on business development in the healthcare industry for Johnson & Johnson and Inspire Pharmaceuticals.

According to Shena, the stars have now aligned at Consensus. She is excited that her work enables clients to reach their brand liquidity goals in the digital constellation. She believes our best work has yet to be realized, and is relentless in her pursuit of what’s possible.

Pamela Earle

Director, Creative

Pam brings to Consensus years of valuable experience as a designer well versed in branding, architecture, interaction design and production. Pam has been at the forefront of web design since 1999, using innovative design concepts and user-centered interfaces to extend established brands and providing new brands a fresh and exciting look. Her award-wining designs include new projects and ideas for Acura, Bank of America, Bristol Myers Squibb, Connexion by Boeing, FAO Schwarz,Gillette, Hewlett Packard, Honda, IBM, Intel, Liberty Mutual, McDonald’s, Microsoft, National Dairy Council, Pottery Barn, Sears, Sports Illustrated, Starbucks, Subway, Tribeca Film Festival, United Airline, YMCA–just to name a few.

Her recent work was created using Rich Internet Applications, as well navigation design principles illustrates her skill at using smart architecture to solve global content management challenges. Earle specializes in conceptualizing, communicating and delivering ideas for creation of new or existing brands through design direction.

Her portfolio contains innovative work with such high-end graphic mediums such as Web Site interface and animation, computer graphics and production, interactive marketing, and multimedia interface. All this would not be possible without her solid foundation in traditional marketing components such as logo design, production of new business pitches and support materials, and print advertising.

She is a true talent, with vast experience, and brings an fresh approach to each new project.
