The key to delivering successful applications is to involve Quality Assurance from the outset.

Quality Assurance at Consensus begins in the Information Architecture phase. Our QA team will be one of the first groups to perform a review of documents, with an eye toward functional misses and usability risks. Based on the finalized deliverables, our QA team will create a comprehensive test strategy including detailed test scripts. As implementation progresses, and pieces become available, the QA team will perform unit and integration testing, leading up to system testing.

Throughout the testing process, the QA team will record, reproduce, isolate, prioritize, track and report and review defects and change requests as well as verify all of the fixes.
